PURCHASING YOUR FASHEMCO SUNGLASSES
Once your order and payment has processed through the checkout you will receive a confirmation email about your payment and order.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2-3 days of purchase.(excluding public holidays and weekends)
For logistical reasons we may send your shades and any gift with purchase separately.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Australia - After order processing, shipping generally takes between 7-10 Business days (in some cases faster) depending if you address is metro city or rural region.
New Zealand - After order processing, shipping generally takes between 7-10 Business days (in some cases faster) depending if you address is metro city or rural region.
United States and Canda - After order processing, shipping generally takes between 7-12 Business days (in some cases faster) depending if you address is metro city or rural region.
Asia - After order processing, shipping generally takes between 7-10 Business days (in some cases faster) depending if you address is metro city or rural region.
United Kingdom - After order processing, it takes 5-7 Business days (in some cases faster) depending if you address is metro city or rural region.
Europe - After order processing, it takes 5-7 Business days (in some cases faster) depending if you address is metro city or rural region.
All Other Countries: 10 - 15 Business days
(No more than 28 Business days in remote areas)
Please Take Into Consideration Public Holidays Christmas etc, all shipping times are an estimate and in most cases your item will arrive sooner than stipulated.
Our extensive product range is sourced directly from our overseas warehouse and all shipping costs are included in the sale price.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Please refer back to your original Order Confirmation email and click "View Order" to find the tracking number update.
You may also receive an email within 5 business days with the same tracking number. Click on that number to see the tracking to view the progress of your order. If you have any issues, please contact our support team (support@fashemco.com).
Please note that when your parcel is in customs, there may not be an update until it is handed over to your postal service. Refer back to tracking after a few days.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We’ll happily refund your full-priced Sunnies, Blue Light Glasses & Watch, within 14 days of delivery, if they have not been worn. They must be in resalable condition with original case and tags.

Once we start working on your order however we are unable to make any changes or modifications to that order after it has been placed and confirmed.
